We produce Thrust ball bearing mainly through the following steps:

1. Raw material preparation: Thrust ball bearings are usually made of high-quality steel, which must meet national standards. Before production, the quality of the steel must be checked, and the parts such as the inner and outer rings and steel balls must be cut to different sizes according to the manufacturing requirements of different bearing models.

2. Inner and outer ring machining: The inner and outer rings are the main components of thrust ball bearings and require precise CNC machining to ensure their size and shape accuracy. The machining process usually includes turning, milling, grinding, and other steps to meet their geometric and surface roughness requirements.

3. Steel ball machining: Steel balls are one of the core components of thrust ball bearings and require high-precision spherical machining. The machining process includes cold forging, hot forging, pressing, and other methods to meet their size and surface roughness requirements.

4. Cage machining: The cage is a component used to evenly distribute steel balls between grooves and convex platforms. The cage is usually made of nylon, metal, or other high-strength materials. The machining process includes mold manufacturing, injection molding, and other methods.

5. Assembly: The inner and outer rings, steel balls, and cage components need to be assembled into bearings by mechanical or manual assembly. During the assembly process, quality checks must be performed to ensure the size and shape accuracy of the bearings and ensure their normal operation.

6. Cleaning and oiling: Thrust ball bearings after assembly need to be cleaned and oiled to reduce wear and extend their service life. Cleaning usually includes degreasing and removing residues, and oiling requires selecting suitable lubricating oil to ensure the normal operation of the bearings.

7.Packaging and shipping: The Thrust ball bearing that have undergone quality inspection need to be packaged to protect them from damage. Common packaging materials include cartons, wooden boxes, and pallets. Finally, the products can be shipped to customers by sea, air, or land transportation.

Q2: How long is your delivery time?

A2: Generally it is 15-20 days, if the goods are in stock, it is 3-7 days, if the goods are not in stock, it depends on the quantity.

Q3: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A3: Yes, we can provide samples for free, but we don't pay shipping fee.

Q4. How do you control the quality,and what if there is quality problem?

A4: All bearings will be 100% strictly inspected before shipment, including hardness, size, noise, speed, vibration and accuracy. If there is any quality problem, we will replace all faulty products with our shipping cost or refund to you.

Q5:OEM and customized can you accept?

A5: Yes, OEM is accepted, also can be customized for you according to samples or drawings

Q6: What are your shipping conditions.

A6: We can arrange shipping by sea to your nearest seaport or deliver to your doorstep. Air freight is also possible. We can help with all import formalities. It takes about 25-40 days by sea and 3-7 days by air.
